These terms apply to your use of obraxinstall.com and to the installation services of Obrax Install. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them. If a signed quote or agreement says something different, the signed document controls.

Quotes and estimates

A quote is based on what you tell us about the project: the type of work, the location, the size and the condition of the space. A quote becomes a contract only when both sides agree to it in writing. The price can change if the conditions we find on site are different from what was described.

Scheduling

We agree on an installation date with you. Dates depend on material availability, weather and access to the site, and can change. We will tell you as soon as we know about a change.

Preparing the space

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for clearing the work area and giving us access to it. If we find conditions that need extra work, such as an uneven or damaged subfloor, moisture, or old flooring or wall coverings to remove, we will tell you and quote that work separately before we go ahead.

Materials

Materials are supplied by Obrax or as stated in your quote. Color, grain and texture can differ between samples, photos and production lots.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are in your written quote or agreement.

Changes and cancellations

Changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing. Cancellation terms are in your written agreement.

After the installation

Once the work is done, you are responsible for protecting the floor and walls. Use protective pads under furniture, lift heavy items instead of dragging or rolling them, and protect the surfaces during any move. If movers or other contractors will work in the space, tell them to protect the surfaces first. Damage from impact, movers or dollies is not covered by our Limited Warranty.

Warranty

Our work and products are covered by the Limited Warranty, which is part of these terms.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not misuse it, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, logo, images and design on this site belong to Obrax or its owners, and you may not copy them without permission. The site links to other websites, such as obrax.us, and we are not responsible for third-party sites. The information on this site is general, may change, and is provided as is.

Communications

When you send us a request, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, text message or email.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Obrax Install is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Preparación del espacio

A menos que tu acuerdo escrito diga otra cosa, eres responsable de despejar el área de trabajo y darnos acceso. Si encontramos condiciones que requieran trabajo adicional, como un subpiso desnivelado o dañado, humedad, o pisos o revestimientos de pared viejos que haya que retirar, te lo diremos y cotizaremos ese trabajo por separado antes de continuar.

Materiales

Los materiales los suministra Obrax o se indican en tu cotización. El color, la veta y la textura pueden diferir entre las muestras, las fotos y los lotes de producción.

Pago

Las condiciones de pago, incluido cualquier depósito, están en tu cotización o acuerdo escrito.

Cambios y cancelaciones

Los cambios en el alcance del trabajo deben acordarse por escrito. Las condiciones de cancelación están en tu acuerdo escrito.

Después de la instalación

Una vez terminado el trabajo, eres responsable de proteger el piso y las paredes. Usa protectores bajo los muebles, levanta los objetos pesados en lugar de arrastrarlos o hacerlos rodar, y protege las superficies durante cualquier mudanza. Si mudadores u otros contratistas van a trabajar en el espacio, diles que protejan primero las superficies. Los daños por impacto, mudadores o carretillas no están cubiertos por nuestra Garantía limitada.

Garantía

Nuestro trabajo y nuestros productos están cubiertos por la Garantía limitada, que forma parte de estos términos.
